(RFID World Canada) Posera HDX Limited which develops POS technology used in restaurants announced its selling of Dexit Inc. For $2 million to an undisclosed buyer.
The subsidiary owns the Dexit radio frequency identification device business.
Posera HDX develops and sets up touch screen POS system software to associated technology.
The company employs 130 people in offices in Canada, the United States, Asia and Europe.
Earlier this month, the company reorganized its cost and revenue leading it to the decision to sell Dexit radio frequency assets. The corporate reorganization allowed the company to re-evaluate its assets and in turn the decision was made to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dexit Inc.
