DeviceFidelity, holder of 40 global patents on NFC technology is known for powering many mobile NFC implementations across the world.
Together, the two companies announced today, the Cashwrap family of new cases designed for iPhone devices that enable the hundreds of millions of iOS users to benefit from apps powered with Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. The partnership will together bring to market unique, stylish and streamlined case, in multiple colors, that enable the iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S/4 to run NFC based tag reading, writing and wallet apps for mobile payments.
The CashWrap product portfolio aims to utilize Incipio’s innovative and unique product designs, marketing expertise and worldwide retail distribution reach with DeviceFidelity’s award winning mobile apps, proven and certified NFC technology, industry leading embedded NFC software and security expertise.

In addition Cashwrap will also boost the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) industry by powering secure physical, logical access and data encryption apps on iOS devices. Upon release, the Cashwrap products will be available for iPhones with a major mobile wallet program in the Unites States.
