Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. has introduced smart technology to coffee brewing in the office with the launch of its RFID enabled Keurig Vue brewing system.
The single cup at a time brewing system can now deliver more hotter, bigger and stronger coffee with the use of automated preset selections that can be chosen from. The RFID technology makes the coffee experience in the office one that is smarter and efficient. RFID technology has been added to the new Vue V1200 on the beverage packages.
Users are guided by the “My Brew” technology so that their selections will be right the first time. By enabling the brewer to default optimum settings the user can choose a beverage based on an RFID embedded tag.
The strength, size and temperature of the users coffee can be better controlled using the Custom Brew Technology features. These features can be controlled by adjusting the water pressure, timing and airflow.
